We produce Vegusto vegan sausages in a very similar way to how they would be made in a butcher's shop: Except that our raw material (called "sausage meat" in technical jargon) is purely plant-based. The sausage meat (you can think of it as a dough) is produced using a cutter. Once the sausage meat is ready, it is portioned in a sausage filler. The sausages then have to be cooked and packaged.
Vegusto offers Swiss vegan sausages, which are very similar to traditional sausages and others are produced as one of the kind, created with flair. Whether mild, spicy or smoked: Vegusto has the very thing for everyone! Enjoyed cold, fried or heated.
Absolute top sellers in our range are the vegan alternative to Cervelat (Knacker) and the vegan alternative to St. Galler Bratwurst. For those who like it a little spicier, we recommend our savoury vegan bratwurst, Pikanter Max.

Ob Burger mit Biss, herzhafte vegane Aufschnitte, saftige vegane Bratstücke, leckere vegane Schnitzel, veganer Fleischkäse, vegane Alternativen zu Hackfleisch oder einfach leckere vegane Bratwürste. Wir von Vegusto machen das alles selbst.
Almost all of our vegan meat alternatives are based on wheat protein, also known as "seitan". Seitan was developed over a thousand years ago by Buddhist monks as a meat substitute. Seitan is a completely natural product made from wheat. Wheat flour is separated by water into its components starch and wheat gluten.
Vegusto's vegan meat alternatives are refined with additional - artisanal - processes to create products that meet all expectations:
For our meat alternatives, we only use high-quality organic vegetable oils with a high vitamin E content and plenty of unsaturated fatty acids. Vegusto does not use palm fat. Instead, we use valuable organic coconut oil. It may be more expensive, but it is simply better for us and our environment.
It is always a pleasure to sit among family and friends in front of a seething fondue pot! The Vegusto meat alternatives are ideal for frying in hot oil. We especially recommend the No-Moo, specialties for this type of fondue. They become deliciously crispy! [96]
A warm potato salad always fits. This traditional mix of potatoes, vinegar, mustard and herbs is refined here with No Moo, Dip and No Moo, Mild-Aromatic. [224]
Lesco (pronounced Letscho) is a recipe that is not stingy with spice! No wonder it originally comes from Hungary. Ideal for an uncomplicated meal. Lesco is also easy to freeze. [21]
Savoury muffins with a delicious taste of Vegusto. The small No-Moo muffins will certainly be a highlight at the next festive brunch. [66]
There's nothing like a fun vegan barbecue with friends. Next time why not bake bread on a stick over a campfire and fill with Vegusto's delicious vegan sausages? [81]
The vegan sausages, burgers or slices (meat loaf) from Vegusto are perfect for grilling. Whether with a grill pan, a small folding grill, a gas grill or over the glow, vegan meat alternatives from Vegusto remain firm to the bite and are perfect for any barbecue. Barbecue skewers with a bit of Vegusto, vegetables and fruit are also a popular dish for everyone. [6]
Vegan choice: Vegusto produces many different vegan bratwurst variations. Here we show how you can make a delicious sauce for your barbecue occasion in no time at all. [119]
This pumpkin-carrot soup with fruity orange is particularly delicious in the cold season. It is perfect as a starter or a quick, light lunch. [230]
This vegan sausage pancake will win over young and old alike. Hearty, vegan sausage pieces with vegetables, herbs and vegan cheese sauce make this omelette a versatile flavour experience. Mmmm, enjoy now! [257]
Here we present Bigos, a typical national recipe from Poland. Bigos can be cooked in advance, since it gains flavour when reheated. [63]
