Products

• All our products are purely plant-based, vegan. (We are a vegan company).
• All our products are certified as vegan by The Vegan Society UK.
• Product range, product naming, product range are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved.

Contract conclusion

• The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in execution of the order.
• Orders are accepted verbally, by telephone, as a letter, as an e-mail or via the Online Shop.
• By sending or placing an order, you expressly agree to these GTC.

Shipment

• Orders with destination Switzerland are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by A-Post.
• In Switzerland, we ship exclusively by Swiss Post. Orders that reach us by around 3.00 p.m. on shipping days are usually dispatched on the same day.
• Please note: If you have an outstanding invoice with us, we will not dispatch your order until the outstanding invoice has been settled.
  This delay in dispatch usually happens without notice.
• Please email us a payment confirmation if you need order urgently.

EU

• We do not ship any products to end customers in the EU ourselves.
  
• Vegusto is available in the EU from our EU distribution partner.
  Please visit Vegusto.eu.

Delivery against invoice

• As a rule, we supply customers from Switzerland against invoice. Your first order should not exceed CHF 100.
• We reserve the right to supply existing customers only against advance payment and to suspend further orders in case of late payment. We will inform you of this by e-mail.
• We reserve the right to make the delivery of the order dependent on a credit check.
• By placing an order, you consent to our creditworthiness check.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders.

Payment terms

• We expect your payment to be made within 10 days of the invoice date/date of dispatch, strictly net.
• Payment charges shall be paid by the customer.
• Any deductions not agreed upon will be charged subsequently.
• Please note that we will add a processing fee of at least CHF 1 per reminder from the 2nd written reminder at the latest.

Resellers, gastronomes have special conditions!

• Special conditions apply for resellers, retail and gastronomy customers!
• Please get in touch with us. Registered resellers can see the prices valid for them in the shop.
• We only accept orders from resellers via our Online Shop.
  This is the only way we can process your order automatically and thus cost-effectively.
  Please discuss any exceptions to this rule with us.
  

Different product offer CH/EU

• Please note that we do not offer all products in the EU Vegusto Shop that are available in the CH Vegusto Shop.
• Unfortunately, the export and the associated customs and refrigerated transport costs lead to slightly higher Euro prices.

Retention of ownership

• The delivered goods remain the property of Vegi-Service AG until full payment has been made.
• These are entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register.
• If the customer is in default of payment, Vegi-Service AG entitled to withdraw from the contract in the form of a declaration of withdrawal and to repossess the goods. In this case, all expenses shall be borne by the customer.

Deficiencies

• We are there for our customers! Did we deliver the wrong products, too much or too little? Call us or send us an E-mail. We will be happy to solve the problem with you.
• Complaints about incomplete or incorrect deliveries or visible defects must be made by telephone or in writing no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods. Otherwise we assume that you are completely satisfied.
• The customer must prove that the goods are defective or that the wrong goods were delivered. So do not throw away products that you want to complain about. We need them for our quality assurance.

Privacy

• Vegi-Service AG and its affiliated companies observe the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and other relevant legal standards when collecting, processing and using personal data.
• A transfer of data to third parties only takes place within the context of the provision of services.
• Only the data that is absolutely necessary is transferred. Furthermore the data is used for administrative and marketing purposes of Vegi-Service AG and its affiliated companies.
• The customer agrees to this use of his data.
• The customer has the right to demand information about the data stored about him and to prohibit further use.

Final provisions

• These GTC and all contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is CH-9315 Neukirch (Egnach).
• Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
• Vegi-Service AG and Alternature / Vegusto.fr reserve the right to change these GTC at any time.
• These GTC replace all previous agreements.
