vegetable oil for frying

Melty-Dip:
1 stick of No-Muh, Melty [Order No: 405]
1 dl water
100 g No Muh Dip, Garlic [Order No: 172]
1 half bunch basil, chopped
salt, pepper

4 Vegusto vegan sausages of your choice

vegetable oil for frying
e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil
Melty-Dip:
1 stick of No-Muh, Melty [Order No: 405]
1 dl water
100 g No Muh Dip, Garlic [Order No: 172]
1 half bunch basil, chopped
salt, pepper
Preparation
Remove the casing from the Vegusto sausages.
Heat some vegetable oil in a grill pan or a folding grill and fry the vegan sausages in it, turning frequently, until crispy (2-3 minutes).
Please use enough oil because, unlike meat sausages, vegan Vegusto sausages contain less fat.
For grilling on a gas grill or on embers, we recommend using grill trays. Only grill on embers (without flames).
Turn the Vegusto sausages over from time to time during grilling and brush a little oil or marinade on them regularly with a silicone brush.
Melty dip:
Remove the casing from the melty stick, cut the melty into pieces and place in a tall container with the water and the veggie dip, garlic.
Puree the melty dip ingredients with a hand blender to a creamy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, fold in the chopped basil.
