Vegusto grilled sausages with Melty-Dip

Vegan choice: Vegusto produces many different vegan bratwurst variations. Here we show how you can make a delicious sauce for your barbecue occasion in no time at all.

Preparation

Remove the casing from the Vegusto sausages.
Heat some vegetable oil in a grill pan or a folding grill and fry the vegan sausages in it, turning frequently, until crispy (2-3 minutes).
Please use enough oil because, unlike meat sausages, vegan Vegusto sausages contain less fat.
For grilling on a gas grill or on embers, we recommend using grill trays. Only grill on embers (without flames).
Turn the Vegusto sausages over from time to time during grilling and brush a little oil or marinade on them regularly with a silicone brush.

Melty dip:
Remove the casing from the melty stick, cut the melty into pieces and place in a tall container with the water and the veggie dip, garlic.
Puree the melty dip ingredients with a hand blender to a creamy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, fold in the chopped basil.

Goes well with grilled potatoes.
