A variety-packed pizza is always a good idea. Here, we show you how to make your own quick pizza dough and top it with savoury ingredients and fine vegan cheese.
Ingredients for 2 Pieces
Pizza dough for 2 round pizzas 28 cm Ø or 1 tray
350 g flour (e.g. spelt flour)
1 tsp salt, 7 g
1 tsp baking powder, 2 g
190 g water
3 tbsp olive oil, 20 g
Pizza topping
2x 60 g spinach, frozen
2x 40 g tomato sauce from the jar
2x 40 g vegan mince [Order No: 155]
2x 1 tbsp olive oil, 2x 7 g
2x 75 g courgette, finely sliced
2x 50 g fresh mushrooms, finely sliced
2x 100 g vegan raclette [Order No: 413] or [Order No: 414]
or pizza sauce [Order No: 409]

Preparation
Defrost the frozen spinach at room temperature. Squeeze the defrosting water out of the spinach.
For the pizza dough, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the oil to the water and stir. Now add the oil and water mixture to the flour. Knead everything into a dough.
Divide the dough in half and form two balls.
Roll out each ball of dough into a round or rectangular shape. Place the pizza base with baking paper in the baking tray.
Now spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
Pre-bake the prepared pizza tray without preheating for 5 minutes at 200 °C fan oven on the second-lowest rail.
Mix the vegan mince with the olive oil.
Then spread the remaining topping with the vegan mince on the lightly pre-baked pizza base.
Cut the vegan raclette with scissors next to the clip and pipe the cream onto the pizza like you would use a piping bag.
Finally, spread the herb salt on top.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C on the second-lowest rail.
