4 dl water or plant drink
50 g sunflower oil
0.5 g salt (1 pinch)
20 g MyEy, Volley (2 tbsp.) [Order No: 212]
300 g spelt flour
15 g baking powder
2 g vanilla powder, ground (without sugar)
120 g xylitol/sugar
40 g cocoa powder, low-fat
50 - 100 g chocolate, coarsely chopped

Ingredients for 8 Servings (10 cm x 10 cm)
4 dl water or plant drink
50 g sunflower oil
0.5 g salt (1 pinch)
20 g MyEy, Volley (2 tbsp.) [Order No: 212]
300 g spelt flour
15 g baking powder
2 g vanilla powder, ground (without sugar)
120 g xylitol/sugar
40 g cocoa powder, low-fat
50 - 100 g chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Put the liquid, the oil, the salt and the MyEy powder in a bowl and mix all together using a hand mixer until frothy.
Then mix the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla powder,the xylitol and the cocoa powder thoroughly and add it to the bowl.
Now mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer.
Then mix the chopped chocolate pieces into the batter.
Coat both sides of the waffle iron with a thin layer of oil or baking spray and heat over maximum heat.
Now spread about 6 tablespoons of mixture evenly over the entire bottom surface of the hot waffle iron, so that all the nubs are covered.
Bake the waffles for 8 to 10 minutes (slightly firm on the outside, fluffy on the inside). After about 6 minutes, check if the waffles are done. The waffles should not be too dark (dry) on the outside.
