Strawberry energy balls with dates and xylitol

Bring the summer into winter. Here, we show you how to quickly make your own healthy fruit balls.

Preparation

Chop the dates into small pieces and place in a glass together with the apple juice concentrate, xylitol and a pinch of salt. Pour the hot water over the dates so that they are completely covered. Leave the dates to infuse for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the coconut oil. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand.
Now add the liquid coconut oil, followed by the dates and mix everything thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into balls with both hands. This is easier if the mixture has been chilled beforehand.
Roll the balls in strawberry powder, cocoa, grated coconut, etc. as desired.
Cover the balls and place in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.

Covered in the fridge, the balls keep for quite a long time as they contain very little water.
