400 ml plain-flavoured plant-based drink, unsweetened (or use simple water)
20 g olive oil (4 tbsp)
5 g apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
5 g rock salt (1 tsp) [Order No: 305]
20 g MyEy, VollEy whole egg replacer (2 tbsp) [Order No: 212]
300 g white spelt flour
15 g baking powder
150 g No Moo, Mild-Aromatic, grated [Order No: 404]
1 g dried oregano (1 tsp)
5 g fresh basil, chopped (1-2 tbsp)
or other fresh herbs of your choice

20 g olive oil (4 tbsp)
5 g apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)

Preparation
Mix the the plant-based drink, the oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and MyEy powder in a bowl using a hand mixer until frothy.
Then combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the bowl.
Now mix everything thoroughly with the hand mixer.
Then add the grated No-Moo, Mild-Aromatic, the oregano and the chopped herbs and mix together with the dough.
Spread a thin layer of oil on both sides of the waffle iron and let it heat up on the maximum heat level.
Now evenly distribute about 6 tablespoons of batter over the entire lower surface of the hot waffle iron, so that all the nubs are covered.
Then bake the waffles for 8 to 10 minutes (until slightly golden-brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside). While they are baking, briefly check to see whether the waffles are done already. The waffles should not be allowed to get too brown (dry) on the outside.
