A simple, hearty meal for the evening. With nutritious rolled oats, roasted sunflower seeds, tasty carrots and fine No-Moo, Mild-Aromatic
Ingredients for 2 Servings
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 10 g
100 g carrots, peeled
240 g water
1 tsp vegetable stock paste, 10 g
90 g No-Moo, Mild-Aromatic [Order No: 404]
10 g potato flakes
1 pinch each of salt and pepper, black
2 tbsp sunflower oil
110 g rolled oats
Paprika and garlic dip:
40 g paprika, red
40 g paprika, yellow
3 tbsp No-Moo Dip, Garlic [Order No: 172]
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 pinch of dried oregano
Herb salt
Preparation
Roast the sunflower seeds without oil in a frying pan until brown and place in a bowl.
Cut the carrots into 5 mm cubes and add to the hot frying pan with the water. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes.
Now add the vegetable stock paste, the no moo cut into 1 cm cubes, the potato flakes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of oil to the carrots and mix everything together.
Now add the sunflower seeds and the rolled oats, mix well and shape the mixture into a round using a spatula.
Spread the second tablespoon of oil around the oat slice.
Fry the slices over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Swirl the pan back and forth from time to time to prevent the slices from burning.
To turn, use a round plate and place the eating surface in the pan on top of the slices. Press the plate onto the slices from above and turn over with the pan. The slice is now on the plate with the unfried side facing down.
Slide it back into the frying pan and fry again for about 3 minutes.
For the dip, grate the peppers with a grater and mix with the other ingredients.
