Rösti gratin with veggie sandwich slices with No-Moo, Raclette

Tasty and fast doesn't have to be a contradiction: grate potatoes and carrots and pre-bake them. Top the result with tasty Vegusto sandwich slices and gratinate with spicy No-Moo vegan Raclette. That's it, you're done!
A time-saving yet classy menu.

Preparation

Peel and grate the carrots. Also peel the boiled potatoes and grate them coarsely with a potato grater. Now add the salt and mix everything together well.
Flatten this mixture in a gratin dish (21 x 19 cm). Spread the oil over the mixture
Pre-bake the potato and carrot mixture in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Cut the Vegusto sandwich slices into 1 cm wide strips and cut these strips into thirds again.
Mix the rac with the flour in a small bowl.
Spread the Vegusto sandwich slices on the pre-baked gratin and spread the rac flour mixture (as the top layer) over them.
Bake the gratin at 200 °C for 12 minutes.

A crisp green salad with French dressing is a perfect accompaniment.
