200 g of 409 - No Moo, Pizza Sauce [Order No: 409]
120 g of No-Moo, Piquant, grated [Order No: 403]
360 g of pasta cooking water
¼ tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder (3 g)
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 tsp of xylitol or sugar
Freshly ground pepper, herbal salt

For all pasta lovers: The vegan version of the famous Alfredo sauce is quick and easy to prepare and always tastes good!
Ingredients for 3 Servings
200 g of 409 - No Moo, Pizza Sauce [Order No: 409]
120 g of No-Moo, Piquant, grated [Order No: 403]
360 g of pasta cooking water
¼ tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder (3 g)
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 tsp of xylitol or sugar
Freshly ground pepper, herbal salt
Preparation
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions with plenty of water (salted).
In the meantime, put the No Muh, Sauce and the No-Moo, Piquant in a saucepan.
Now remove the required cooking water from the pasta pot and add to the sauce.
Mix the sauce thoroughly with a whisk.
While the sauce is simmering, continue stirring and add the remaining ingredients.
Season the finished sauce with pepper and, if desired, a bit of herbal salt.
Once the fettuccine is al dente, drain the cooking water. Make sure that a small amount of pasta water remains in the pasta. It makes everything more succulent. If desired, melt some margarine into the pasta.
Just before serving, pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the fettuccine.
