Treat yourself with Vegusto: Recipe No. 215
Kakis have a high content of beta-carotene, from which our body can produce vitamin A. This is clearly visible in the orange colour of the flesh. Furthermore, they contain vitamins B1 and B2 as well as potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. In other words, the ideal drink for a good start to the morning!

Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a high-performance blender (Vitamix) and blend for 2-3 minutes until there are no more pieces.
The less liquid you add to the dried kakis, the firmer the somoothie will be, down to pudding.
For the variant with fresh (for example frozen) kakis, a normal household blender is sufficient.
No powerful blender at hand? Then simply soak the dried kakis in water overnight under refrigeration.
