No Moo, sandwich-creme:
100 g No Moo, Piquant, grated [Order No: 403]
125 g No Moo Dip, Classic [Order No: 171]
10 g Nutritional Yeast Flakes [Order No: 302]
8 slices of toast
4 small lettuce leaves
2 small onions
2 tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 Servings
4 Vegan-burger
e.g. Funghi and No Moo [Order No: 113]
or Mexican [Order No: 112]
2 tbsp sunflower oil
No Moo, sandwich-creme:
100 g No Moo, Piquant, grated [Order No: 403]
125 g No Moo Dip, Classic [Order No: 171]
10 g Nutritional Yeast Flakes [Order No: 302]
8 slices of toast
4 small lettuce leaves
2 small onions
2 tomatoes
Preparation
Fry the vegan burgers with the sunflower oil in a frying pan for 2 minutes on both sides. Turn frequently.
Toast all eight slices of toast.
Finely mix the grated No Moo, the vegan dip and the yeast with a blender.
Spread all the toast slices generously on one side with the No Moo spread. Now spread the lettuce leaves and the thinly sliced onions and tomatoes on four toast slices.
Place the fried burgers on top. Cover with the remaining slices of toast and serve immediately.
