Delicious fruity plum flat cakes

Plums and blueberries are united in a juicy flat cake. This late summer recipe brings back memories from childhood: The fresh scent of a fruit flat cake from mother’s kitchen: Mmmh!

Preparation

Spread out the dough with the baking paper on a round baking tray and prick with a fork.
First spread the apricot jam and then the hazelnuts on the bottom of the dough. Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and arrange them in a circle on the dough.
Fill the flat cakes with blueberries.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients to a homogeneous liquid and spread over the fruit.
Preheat oven to 200°C convection. Then bake the flat cakes on the second lowest rack for 30 minutes.
After baking, let the plum flat cake cool for 10 minutes and enjoy immediately.

The flat cakes can also be prepared with apricots or apples.
Instead of hazelnuts, breadcrumbs or biscuit crumbs can also be used.
