Ingredients for 6 Servings
4x Vegan-Deli-Slices, Classic (8 x 90 g) [Order No: 152]
200 g No-Moo, Sauce [Order No: 409]
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion (60 g), chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
200 ml vegetable broth
200 ml soya milk
4 Tbsp flour
800 g spinach, frozen
salt, pepper, nutmeg
ca. 9 lasagne sheets (e.g. Coop)
margarine to grease dish

This lasagne is a quick meal for hungry families prepared with the Deli-Slices, Classic. Simply Scrumptious!
Ingredients for 6 Servings
4x Vegan-Deli-Slices, Classic (8 x 90 g) [Order No: 152]
200 g No-Moo, Sauce [Order No: 409]
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion (60 g), chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
200 ml vegetable broth
200 ml soya milk
4 Tbsp flour
800 g spinach, frozen
salt, pepper, nutmeg
ca. 9 lasagne sheets (e.g. Coop)
margarine to grease dish
Preparation
Cook onion and garlic with 3 EL oil over medium heat until translucent.
Add soya milk, vegetable broth and flour. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Stir in frozen spinach, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat while occasionally stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
In the mean time grease a square casserole dish.
Spread a little bit of No-Moo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
Arrange first layer of noodles lengthwise on the bottom of the dish. Spread with one third of the spinach sauce. Top with half the Vegan-Deli-Slices Classic and spread with some No-Moo Sauce.
Continue with a layer of noodles, top with another third of the spinach sauce followed by the second half of the Deli-Slices, Classic.
Spread some No-Moo Sauce on the Deli-Slices and place another layer of noodles on top. Add the rest of the spinach sauce. Lastly cover with the No-Moo Sauce and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven (convection oven: 175 °C) for 40 minutes until golden brown.
