2 packets Vegan-Schnitzel, Plain (4 x 80 g)
6 Tbsp sliced almonds
6 Tbsp bread crumbs
120 ml soya milk or soya-cuisine
2 Tbsp flour
3-4 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 slices organic lemons

250 g Vegusto instant mashed potatoes
700 ml water
1 tsp rock salt
30 g almond butter

Ingredients for 3 Servings
2 packets Vegan-Schnitzel, Plain (4 x 80 g)
6 Tbsp sliced almonds
6 Tbsp bread crumbs
120 ml soya milk or soya-cuisine
2 Tbsp flour
3-4 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 slices organic lemons
Vegusto mashed potatoes
250 g Vegusto instant mashed potatoes
700 ml water
1 tsp rock salt
30 g almond butter
15 g Vegusto nutritional yeast
20 g margarine
2 tsp mild curry powder
Preparation
Prepare 250 g Vegusto instant mash potatoes according to the instructions on the packet. Add 2 tsp curry powder to the finished mash potatoes.
Mix sliced almonds and bread crumbs into a shallow bowl. Take a second shallow bowl filled with soya milk and whisk in the flour.
To bread the schnitzel dredge it in the flour-soya cream mixture, shaking off the excess; then coat the schnitzel evenly with the breadcrumbs-almond mixture
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded schnitzel and cook until golden brown about 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Serve the mashed potatoes with the Vegan-Schnitzel together with lemon slices.
