Curry potato mash with Vegan-Schnitzel, Plain

Enjoy the Vegusto-Schnitzel in a crispy almond crust complementing the mild curry flavour of the potato mash: A quick recipe for the gourmet kitchen!

Preparation

Prepare 250 g Vegusto instant mash potatoes according to the instructions on the packet. Add 2 tsp curry powder to the finished mash potatoes.
Mix sliced almonds and bread crumbs into a shallow bowl. Take a second shallow bowl filled with soya milk and whisk in the flour.
To bread the schnitzel dredge it in the flour-soya cream mixture, shaking off the excess; then coat the schnitzel evenly with the breadcrumbs-almond mixture
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded schnitzel and cook until golden brown about 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Serve the mashed potatoes with the Vegan-Schnitzel together with lemon slices.

Goes well with a green salad.
