500 g cauliflower, roasted
200 g No Moo, Sauce [Order No: 404]
100 g No Moo, Mild-Aromatic [Order No: 409]
50 g cornflakes, unsweetened
100 g water

2 teaspoons peanut butter, salted
3 tablespoons No Moo Dip, Classic [Order No: 171]

When this delicacy is roasting in the oven, a wonderful aroma fills your whole kitchen and whets your appetite! The delicious cauliflower bites are perfect as a finger food for dipping or as a side dish.
Ingredients for 2 Servings
500 g cauliflower, roasted
200 g No Moo, Sauce [Order No: 404]
100 g No Moo, Mild-Aromatic [Order No: 409]
50 g cornflakes, unsweetened
100 g water
Dip:
2 teaspoons peanut butter, salted
3 tablespoons No Moo Dip, Classic [Order No: 171]
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
Now crumble the cornflakes. Wrap them in a clean kitchen towel and crush them by hand or with a rolling pin.
Put the No Moo, Sauce, grated No Moo, cornflake crumbs, and water in a large bowl and mix everything together.
Turn the cauliflower pieces in the No Moo mixture until they are completely covered. Spread the cauliflower bites on the baking paper, and bake in the oven at 220°C on the second lowest shelf for 15–20 minutes.
Then turn the cauliflower bites over and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
For the dip, mix the peanut butter with the No Moo Dip, Classic.
Serve with rice or fried potatoes and a green salad.
