300 g No-Moo, Sauce
1x Packet Vegan-Sandwich Slices, Mediterranean (100 g)
1 x puff pastry (320 g)
1 red onion (100 g)
200 g champignons
150 g broccoli
1 tomato, fresh (150 g)
2 Tbsp margarine
Salt / pepper

An irresistible and delicious quiche, perfect for a quick meal. Prepared with No-Moo Sauce, this recipe is even cholesterol free!
Ingredients for 4 Servings
300 g No-Moo, Sauce
1x Packet Vegan-Sandwich Slices, Mediterranean (100 g)
1 x puff pastry (320 g)
1 red onion (100 g)
200 g champignons
150 g broccoli
1 tomato, fresh (150 g)
2 Tbsp margarine
Salt / pepper
Preparation
Peel and cut onions into rings. Wash champions and cut into thin slices. Melt margarine and sauté onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash and separate broccoli, then add to the onions and mushrooms. Mix and cook briefly.
Cut Vegan-Sandwich slices Mediterranean into thin slices and add to the frying pan. Combine and cook briefly.
Wash tomatoes, cut in half and then into slice. Mix together with the vegetables.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Unroll the pastry and place in un ungreased fluted tart pan.
Pour vegetable-mixture into crust.
Spread No-Moo Sauce evenly on top of the vegetable-mixture. Bake in an convection oven for 30 minutes.
