250 g Vegan-Maxi Sausage, Hotsami
50 ml olive oil
3 pita bread
¼ salad (z.B. Lollo Bionda or endive salad)
100 g red cabbage
1 small onion (60 g)
1 tomato (60 g)
100 g cucumber
125 g Vegan-Dip, Garlic

Vegan-Maxi Sausage, Hotsami can easily be cut into thin shavings which gives this famous Turkish dish a wonderfully spicy touch. A delicious option for a quick meal.
Ingredients for 3 Servings
250 g Vegan-Maxi Sausage, Hotsami
50 ml olive oil
3 pita bread
¼ salad (z.B. Lollo Bionda or endive salad)
100 g red cabbage
1 small onion (60 g)
1 tomato (60 g)
100 g cucumber
125 g Vegan-Dip, Garlic
Preparation
Place the Vegan-Maxi-Sausage vertically, with the cut side down on the cutting board. The sausage is sliced vertically in about 1 mm thin and 3 cm long shavings.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Hotsami strips briefly on all sides.
Grill the flatbreads on a contact grill for 1 minute or bake 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven (200 ° C) until crisp.
Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and cabbage and cut into fine strips.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into small cubes.
Split each pita so that it can be easily filled.
Spread the inside of the warm pita bread with some Vegusto Vegan-Dip, Garlic.
Fill each pita bread with some lettuce and red cabbage. Then fill with Hotsami strips, tomato-cucumber mixture and the onion rings.
Top with some more Vegan-Dip, Garlic and voilà the Hotsami Vegusto Kebab is ready to be served.
