Ingredients for 4 Servings
1 x Deli-Slice Classic (2x 90 g)
1 x No-Moo Mild-aromatic (200 g)
20 g pickled gherkins (6 small ones)
20 g small pearl onions (10 pieces)
30 g pickled bell peppers (glass)
30 g green bell pepper, fresh
1 small onion (30 g), chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper freshly ground
1 tbsp chives, chopped
No-Moo Baguette:
150 g No-Moo Sauce
½ baguette (150 g)
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped

A refreshing summer salad for every occasion. Quick and filling it is a hit at any garden party.
Ingredients for 4 Servings
1 x Deli-Slice Classic (2x 90 g)
1 x No-Moo Mild-aromatic (200 g)
20 g pickled gherkins (6 small ones)
20 g small pearl onions (10 pieces)
30 g pickled bell peppers (glass)
30 g green bell pepper, fresh
1 small onion (30 g), chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper freshly ground
1 tbsp chives, chopped
No-Moo Baguette:
150 g No-Moo Sauce
½ baguette (150 g)
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Preparation
Cut the pickled gherkins and pearl onions into thin slices and put in a bowel.
Drain the pickled peppers, slice and add to the bowel.
Slice the bell pepper and together with the chopped onions add to the bowel.
Cut Deli-slice, Classic and No-Moo, Mild-aromatic into stripes and toss well to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and whisk.
Pour over the salad and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with chives before serving.
No-Moo baguette:
Cut baguette into 8 slices and spread with 1-2 Tbsp No-Moo, Sauce.
Sprinkle with chives and spring onions. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes until crisp.
