Fettuccine Carbonara, vegan

Pasta à la Carobanara is a simple Italian pasta dish enjoyed by the whole family. Here we present the vegan version of this delicious dish.

Preparation

Cook the Fettuccine in enough salt water according to the cooking instructions.
In the mean time cut the Smoked Sandwich Slices into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the slices on all sides.
Drain the Fettuccine keeping about 10 ml of the salt water. Add the No-Moo Sauce and the No-Moo Piquant to the pasta and stir will to combine.
Stir in the Smoked Sandwich Slices mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and ground pepper as preferred.
Garnish with grated No-Moo Piquant and serve immediately.

Goes well with a seasonal salad.
