1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes (5 g) [Order No: 302]

80 g Vegan-schnitzel, Plain [Order No: 165]
100 g No Moo, Pizza Sauce [Order No: 409]
3 cherry or date tomatoes
Preparation
Melt the margarine in a pan at a medium heat.
Stir the flour into the margarine by the spoonful. Stir vigorously with a whisk. Sweat the flour/oil mixture for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir constantly so that the sauce remains lump-free and does not burn.
Gradually pour the soya drink into the roux and bring to the boil. Stir vigorously.
Reduce the heat and allow the béchamel sauce to simmer for 10 minutes until the desired creaminess is achieved.
Flavour the sauce with salt, yeast, garlic granules, ground pepper, a little freshly grated nutmeg and a dash of lemon juice or white wine.
Cut the vegan schnitzel into small cubes or strips and add to the béchamel sauce.
Press in the lids of the patties and pour the béchamel sauce into the patties.
Slightly cut the sausage from the pizza sauce next to the clip with scissors.
Squeeze the pizza sauce out of the sausage and spread it over the patties. Garnish the patties with half a tomato.
Bake the filled patties in the oven at 180 °C on the lowest shelf (top heat) for 10-15 minutes.
