Tomato whole grain oats with veggie mince.

Oat grains can be cooked like whole grain rice. Here we show how to prepare a delicious tomato dish with veggie mince and pea protein using this local superfood.

Preparation

Wash the oat grains before cooking. Then cook the whole grain oats together with the water, salt, onions, tomatoes, garlic and oregano for 20 minutes, covered. Then reduce the heat.
Now add the veggie mince and the pea mince and leave everything covered to swell for 10 minutes.
Season the tomato oats with the yeast flakes and the pesto.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with the No Moo, Mild-Aromatic.

This goes well with a cucumber salad with sweet corn and fresh herbs.
