Ingredients for 2 Servings
160 g Veggie Mince [Order No: 155]
90 g red onions, diced
4 g garlic, freshly pressed
100 g No Moo, pizza sauce [Order No: 409]
150 g lettuce, finely chopped
e.g. lettuce/romaine lettuce
150 g cocktail tomatoes, quartered
140 g pickled gherkins, diced
Dressing:
200 g yoghurt alternative, unsweetened
40 g No Moo Dip
e.g. Classic [Order No: 171] or Garlic [Order No: 172]
40 g ketchup (4 tbsp)
10 g mustard (1 tbsp.)
2 tbsp vinegar (from the pickle jar)
Salt, pepper, ground paprik

This light and delicious recipe is ideal for hot summer days. A fresh salad with plenty of protein and a lot of great taste.
Ingredients for 2 Servings
160 g Veggie Mince [Order No: 155]
90 g red onions, diced
4 g garlic, freshly pressed
100 g No Moo, pizza sauce [Order No: 409]
150 g lettuce, finely chopped
e.g. lettuce/romaine lettuce
150 g cocktail tomatoes, quartered
140 g pickled gherkins, diced
Dressing:
200 g yoghurt alternative, unsweetened
40 g No Moo Dip
e.g. Classic [Order No: 171] or Garlic [Order No: 172]

Preparation
Put the onions, the garlic and the veggie mince in a non-stick pan.
Now cut the No Moo, Sauce with a scissor next to the metal clip and pour it over the veggie mince.
Mix everything well. Fry the Veggie Mince mixture for 5 minutes over a medium until the sauce has been fully absorbed. Set the Veggie Mince aside and let it cool.
Place the finely chopped salad, the diced tomatoes and the diced pickles in a salad bowl and add the cold Veggie Mince.
For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a tall container and mix well. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
