1 tablespoon vegan margarine (10 g)
320 g Vegan-schnitzel, Plain [Order No: 165]
1 medium onion, chopped

1 pinch each of chili and black pepper
Almonds and fruit:
3 tbsp almond slices
1 tbsp coconut oil or vegan margarine (10 g)
2 large bananas
4 pineapple slices (from the can)
Preparation
Cook the rice according to package instructions and then keep warm.
Cut the Vegan-Schnitzel into bite-sized strips.
Melt the margarine in a pan. Add the onions and the Vegan-schnitzel strips to the margarine and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and the Tamari. Fry the strips again for 1 minute and set aside.
For the curry sauce, melt the margarine in a high saucepan. Stir in the flour and curry powder using a whisk. Now stir in the vegetable broth, the soy drink, the salt, the chili and the pepper. Simmer the sauce over medium heat until it becomes creamy. Keep stirring during this process. If any lumps have formed, break them up using a blender.
Add the Vegan-schnitzel strips to the curry sauce and cover to keep warm.
Toast the sliced almonds in a non-stick frying pan without oil and place them in a bowl.
Melt the margarine in the frying pan. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and fry them together with the pineapple slices on both sides over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
White rice stays fluffy and firm to the bite if you wash it before cooking.
