Baked vegan 'cheese' slices

Rarebit is a Swiss classic. The purely vegan variation of it is easy to prepare, requires little work, and simply tastes delicious!

Preparation

Grate the No-Moo, Melty and mix it together with the No-Moo Vegan Raclette using a fork to form a homogeneous mass.
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl, and then mix thoroughly into the No-Moo mixture.
Cut the bread into 1 cm thick slices and briefly dip one side in the water or wine.
Then place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper with the moist side facing down.
Spread each slice of bread with 50 g of the No-Moo mixture.
Place the No-Moo rarebit in an oven preheated to 220°C, and bake on the second lowest rack for 10 minutes.
Before serving, garnish the rarebit with fresh chives.
