Ingredients:
1 ready-made cake dough (approx. 30 cm in diameter)
1 tbsp apricot jam
3 tbst ground hazelnuts
13 ripe plums
3 tbsp blueberries
Glaze:
2 tbsp almond butter [Order No: 301]
2 tbsp xylitol or sugar [Order No: 303]
2 tbsp corn starch
2 heaping tbsp white flour
½ tbsp Bourbon vanilla powder
250 ml water

Plums and blueberries are united in a juicy flat cake. This late summer recipe brings back memories from childhood: The fresh scent of a fruit flat cake from mother’s kitchen: Mmmh!
Ingredients for 8 pieces
Ingredients:
1 ready-made cake dough (approx. 30 cm in diameter)
1 tbsp apricot jam
3 tbst ground hazelnuts
13 ripe plums
3 tbsp blueberries
Glaze:
2 tbsp almond butter [Order No: 301]
2 tbsp xylitol or sugar [Order No: 303]
2 tbsp corn starch
2 heaping tbsp white flour
½ tbsp Bourbon vanilla powder
250 ml water
Preparation
Spread out the dough with the baking paper on a round baking tray and prick with a fork.
First spread the apricot jam and then the hazelnuts on the bottom of the dough. Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and arrange them in a circle on the dough.
Fill the flat cakes with blueberries.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients to a homogeneous liquid and spread over the fruit.
Preheat oven to 200°C convection. Then bake the flat cakes on the second lowest rack for 30 minutes.
After baking, let the plum flat cake cool for 10 minutes and enjoy immediately.
