Filled chicory boats with Vegan-Steak

Appealing, refreshing and easy: The apple and leek salad is a classic and together with the Vegan-steak and the No-Moo Melty it turns into a summer delight.

Preparation

Fry the Vegan steak with a little oil in a pan over medium heat, fry on each side and then cut into thin slices about ½ cm thick.
Wash salad, drain and arrange on a salad platter. Arrange chicory leaves on top of the salad leaves. Set aside.
Cut leeks in half lengthwise up to the white stalk and clean under running water. Cut into thin strips. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.
Peel, core and grate apple then grate it and mix it with the Vegan-Dip. Mix in leeks, radishes, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar/xylitol and stir until everything is well combined. Then fill mixture into the chicory leaves.
Cut No-Moo Melty lengthwise into 4 quarters and then cut into 1 cm thick triangles. Arrange the prepared Melty together with the Vegan-Steak on the salad plate.
The finished dish with pomegranate seeds and watercress garnish.

An enrichment are the chicory boat as finger food for the summer buffet.
