Anyone who has already tested it knows that vegan cheeses, unlike cow's milk cheeses, melt badly. Which is no wonder, since cheese alternatives usually consist mainly of starches. Anyone who has ever tried to melt a potato knows that you have to resort to the industry's ingredient magic box. Modified starches and other food industry inventions are a no-go for Vegusto. We use only unmodified, natural organic raw materials.
That is why we recommend using our fine cheese sauces wherever melted cheese is required. They lose their liquid during the baking process and the end result simply tastes cheesy. Of course, a nice crust also forms during gratinating.

The best raclette ... we think, because it melts and not just sweats embarrassingly, because it tastes like cheese and not like cardboard or nothing and because it even browns crustily! YES VE GAN!
