We produce Vegusto vegan sausages in a very similar way to how they would be made in a butcher's shop: Except that our raw material (called "sausage meat" in technical jargon) is purely plant-based. The sausage meat (you can think of it as a dough) is produced using a cutter. Once the sausage meat is ready, it is portioned in a sausage filler. The sausages then have to be cooked and packaged.
Vegusto offers Swiss vegan sausages, which are very similar to traditional sausages and others are produced as one of the kind, created with flair. Whether mild, spicy or smoked: Vegusto has the very thing for everyone! Enjoyed cold, fried or heated.
