The sausage casing of this vegan alternative to Wienerli is edible. No more peeling, as is usually the case with vegan sausage alternatives. Simply fry the sausages with a little oil, margarine or a fine marinade and bite into the crispy sausages.
PS: Don't fancy the casing? Then simply heat the vegan sausage briefly in a bain-marie. The casing can then be easily removed.
The summer barbecue tastes delicious both cold and hot. Simply enjoy with a dollop of mustard and a slice of bread.
