We are a purely vegan company. Therefore, when manufacturing our products, we not only make sure that all raw materials are vegan, but also all the rest of our company. For example, we only use products that are vegan for cleaning as well.

Of course, this also applies to the lubricants used in our machines.

Of course, all our production clothes and shoes are also vegan.

Not included in the assessment of the vegan label is the packaging of a product. Here we at Vegusto go further. We check with all our suppliers whether animal products could be contained. We will only use them if we have a clear declaration from our suppliers in this regard. For example, it goes without saying that we do not use adhesives containing casein for our labels.

All Vegusto and No-Muh, specialties are produced by ourselves here in Neukirch on Lake Constance.

Since non-vegan products have no place in our house, we never have to write on our products: May contain traces of milk.

We at Vegusto ship from Monday to Thursday only by A Post. So if your order arrives before 16.00 o'clock you will receive your parcel the next day.

After dispatch you will receive an automated mail informing you about the dispatch and the parcel number. This enables you to track the status of your parcel yourself at Swiss Post.

Our shipping costs are a flat rate of 8.90 Fr. Private orders are shipped free of charge from 100.00 Fr.

We have some free products in our shop (pins/magnets, comic postcards, magazines). We ship these free products only together with an order.

Trial packs, which can be ordered directly on our trial packs page, include shipping and therefore have no minimum order value.

Trial packs can also be ordered directly via our webshop together with other products. In that case, the postage-free rate depends on whether you exceed the postage-free limit.

For regular customers residing in Switzerland/FL, we normally ship against invoice. You will find the invoice in the envelope on the parcel. Our payment term is 10 days.

Good to know: We will also send the payment details with an automated e-mail which informing you that your parcel has been dispatched.

Are you new at Vegusto? In this case we may ask you to pay in advance. We recommend that new customers pay by TWINT/Postcard.

When ordering, please note the rule that the old invoice must be paid before we can send you a new parcel.

Cooking is one of the most enjoyable things in the world.

With our quick and easy vegan recipes, we at Vegusto provide ideas for tasty, quick and creative plant-based cooking every month. Our vegan recipe collection now includes more than 200 purely plant-based recipes. Whether traditional home cooking, veganized classics or sophisticated little delicacies, there is something for everyone here.

With our recipes, it is particularly important that they are simple and sure to succeed. That's why we cook, bake or fry each recipe several times. And before we publish it, we always taste it extensively.

We at Vegusto have been developing, producing and distributing vegan meat and cheese substitutes for more than 25 years.

Thanks to meticulous quality control and a well-coordinated team, we have never had to recall a product due to a quality defect.

To ensure that this remains the case, we attach great importance to the quality and freshness of our vegan food. That is why we regularly check our products for possible defects or contamination.
Internally, with our own small vegan laboratory and, of course, externally in cooperation with an accredited laboratory.

Payments with QR payment slip

Please always use the QR payment slip with reference numbers for your payment, which we enclose with every invoice. QR payments can be processed automatically, which saves us a lot of time.

If you make the payment without a QR reader (Smartphone) , you must enter the reference number for most e-banking systems (e.g. PostFinance) without spaces.

By indicating the customs account (ZAZ-Account) on the invoice address, the import fees will be lower for us.

With a promo code, you receive a product free of charge if you exceed a certain minimum purchase value.

You can only redeem 1 promo code per order.

Non-personalized promo codes can only be redeemed once per household within the duration of the promo code campaign. The webshop does not check this, but our program with which we record your order does.

The code determines what kind of product you receive. It is therefore not freely selectable. After entering the code, the promo product will appear in the shopping cart. If you do not want the product, you can delete it from the shopping cart. A cash payment of the promo code or a credit against the order value is not possible.

You will receive Vegusto promo codes regularly if you subscribe to the Vegusto newsletter, with a printed recipe (A5 format) to collect. The Vegusto newsletter is published once a month. Regular customers receive it automatically.

Unlike vouchers, Vegusto promo codes cannot be purchased.

We want you to get to know our fine handmade products.

That's why non-commercial customers with a purchase value of CHF 69 or more (calculated without any postage costs) receive a free product that changes every month. Commercial customers and customers with special conditions (e.g. farms, restaurants, shops) do not receive a free product.

The gift product will be automatically added to your shopping cart as soon as you have reached the minimum order value. If you do not want the product, you can of course remove it from your shopping cart.

Would you prefer a different free product? Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

PS: If you are a regular customer at Vegusto and suffer from gluten intolerance, we can arrange internally for you to always receive a gluten-free gift product. Just get in touch with us.

The origin of our raw materials is diverse. For quality reasons, however, we buy directly from Swiss suppliers whenever possible.

The organic rice we use comes from the beautiful Ticino.

Our organic fruit sweeteners made from apples or pears come from the canton of Zurich; of course exclusively from high standard trees.

The herbs and spices we use all come from Swiss suppliers. With spices, it is unfortunately not possible to rely only on EU raw materials, as some are simply not grown in Europe.

Most of the flavours we use are aqueous distillates (without alcohol) of organic herbs. Here, too, we have found great Swiss and EU suppliers who are able to implement our demand for consistent quality.

Instead of artificial flavour enhancers such as glutamates, we use molasses yeast. The exceptional quality we demand, with particularly high levels of valuable B vitamins and much more protein than usual, comes from Europe.

We are particularly proud of the organic sunflower oil we use. It is produced very close to us on the beautiful Lake Constance. The sunflower seeds themselves come from EU organic production. The same applies to our organic coconut oil, except that the raw material there comes from outside the EU. Of course, we make sure that no monkeys were used during the harvest.

Our organic almond puree, which we use instead of soy products, comes from southern Italy.

We have been sourcing our organic seitan powder for many years, mainly from Austria and Germany.

The majority of our organic potato products come from Austria. However, some of the organic starch we use also comes from the Baltic States. The reason for this is that the potato harvests in Europe are not equally good every year, so we have to diversify the sources of supply for these important raw materials.
