Kala Namak originally comes from India and is used in many ways there and in other South Asian countries. Although it is called black salt, it has more of a reddish-dark purple colour. This is mainly because of the iron it contains.
Kala Namak sulphur salt from Vegusto captivates with its special aroma and is a real insider tip in vegan cuisine. Ideal for veganising egg dishes.
